Recently renovated, this beautiful home is 2 miles to downtown St. Joseph 1/2 a mile to the beaches. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeps 8 (1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, and 2 twin beds). Brand new kitchen complete with 6 gas burner stove and 36 inch range, drawer microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and large capacity washer and dryer. Jetted tub, gas fireplace, large lawn, deck, and open floor plan.
This home sits on half an acre and has a propane outdoor grill, an outdoor fire pit with seating for you and your guests, and a small deck with seating for 4. The property is treated every 3 weeks for mosquitoes, so outdoor use in the evenings is enjoyable. A Tesla charger in the garage is available upon special request.
We provide 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, and 2 beach umbrellas to use during your stay so you can pack a little less for your vacation.
This home affords both privacy and convenience being close to town, but not in the middle of the crowds. Located across the road from the Jack Nicklaus golf course, Harbor Shores, and is surrounded by wineries and breweries in the local area. Kayak, paddle board, and scooter rentals are a 3 min drive away as well as excellent restaurants. Enjoy Silver Beach, The Carousel, Whirlpool fountains, and so much more only a 3 minute drive. You can enjoy it all from this beautiful, quiet space!

Summary: Our family of 6 adults spent a few days at this lovely home in mid-August for an end-of-summer trip. We were all very comfortable in the house as there was plenty of space for everyone. There were also great gathering areas for times we wanted to be together. The house is stocked with everything a great rental home can offer. We didn't lack one thing while spending time at this house and could have left a lot of the items we brought behind as they were already there for us to use at the house, including shower and bathroom items and plenty of kitchen items. The location was great as two of our newest family members had never been to Southwest Michigan. So we spent each day going to a new small town between New Buffalo and Saugatuck to show them all the great spots in our favorite area to vacation. A must-visit when coming to this home is Jean Klock Beach. What a gem of a beach area I never knew existed after 15+ years of annual vacations in southwest Michigan. This beach is a mile from the house with plenty of parking, a great beach area, and restrooms. Kristi was fabulous to work with. She was super communicative as we had questions and surprised us with a few small gifts when we got to the house on the first day. Great family memories were made while we were there!

Summary: We were so happy with our choice of homes for our vacation to Benton Harbor/St. Joseph! The location was so convenient to several beaches as well as the town of St. Joseph. Everything was so clean and welcoming! The furnishings, beds and very updated kitchen couldn't have been nicer or more comfortable. The kids in our group loved all the games and books. We were so happy to have all the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to use so we could pack lighter. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area!

Summary: We played pickle ball, went to nearby beaches and hung around with the family by the fire pit and cooked all our meals in a well equipped kitchen. The place was very clean and the owner was wonderful to work with.
